Very spacious and long, with a larger collar than the other models, the Lustrissimo takes its inspiration from a Tabarro found in the attic of a Venetian nobleman. The owner’s name had been sewn onto a strip of fabric on the inside of the cloak, however it was no longer legible. All that could be seen was the preceding title of “Lustrissimo”, which stands for “Sir”. It fastens at the front with a chain linked to two fixed studs – known as “Mascheroni” – depicting the head of the lion of Saint Mark in relief, or with a silk cord fastening. Alluring and elegant, this garment is also perfect for men.
