Description
The “Borsa pellegrina,” characterized by its saddlebag shape, was used by great travelers and pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. Worn across the body, it was hidden under the cloak at sunset for safety reasons. It is partially made from the cutting of cloaks.

Fabric
The delicate feel of this fabric contrasts with its excellent durability. It is made with a broken twill weave, the most commonly used weave among compact wool fabrics. Composed of 80% pure virgin wool and the remaining 20% polyamide (a fiber that adds elasticity and shine to the fabric), it is finished with raw edges and supplied with a water-repellent treatment.
The weight per linear meter is 610 grams.
