SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
To ensure quick delivery, Artigiana Sartoria Veneta 1968 S.r.l. relies on the best express couriers selected according to the destination area and the type of product. The shipping cost will appear in the cart, be added to the order total during the purchase process, and be charged at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier at the time of delivery. Order Processing: Orders are processed from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm GMT from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11.00 am on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Products listed on the Artigiana Sartoria Veneta 1968 S.r.l. shop as “Available” will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving payment by Artigiana Sartoria Veneta 1968 S.r.l. – If one or more products are not available, it will not be possible to make the purchase. Shipping times: – Shipments within Italy are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time of shipment pick-up (excluding holidays). – Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately 2-3 business days. – Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 4-5 business days (excluding any customs clearance delays). INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Within the European Union, there are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything upon delivery. Outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are solely the responsibility of the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due to the carrier or the competent authorities. N.B: Shipments to the United States of America. As mentioned above, products shipped to the United States are subject to customs duties and import taxes. Additionally, U.S. customs require the recipient to provide a Social Security Number or Non-US Citizen Import Number – CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. Failure to clear customs: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is cleared by providing all necessary information and/or paying the related taxes. If the package is not cleared, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Below is the list of countries that Artigiana Sartoria Veneta 1968 S.r.l. is currently able to serve. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the purchase process.
RETURN POLICY
Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returned products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returned products must have all their original tags and be in their original packaging. It is mandatory to complete the return process (see below for more details).
CHANGE OF COLOR AND/OR SIZE
Note: Some products are available in only one size/color/length. These products cannot be exchanged for a different size/color/length/etc. If you wish to exchange such products with these characteristics for a similar product, please contact customer service (online@tabarro.it). The cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely the responsibility of the customer. The shipment of the new product(s) will be at the expense of Artigiana Sartoria Veneta 1968 S.r.l. Your new product(s) will be shipped once we have received the original product(s).
REFUNDS
The administrative costs of the refund are borne by the store. On the contrary, all shipping costs of the product, whether by courier or postal service, are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will therefore be refunded the value of the returned product. We operate from the European Union, therefore all transactions, even in currency, are converted into Euros following the payment by the customer. For payments in currencies other than the Euro, Artigiana Sartoria Veneta 1968 S.r.l. will still refund the amount in Euros, the currency amount is therefore calculated based on the exchange rate on the day the refund is made. Exchange rate risks are therefore borne by the customer. Returned products paid by bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer. For the refund, the customer must provide bank details to customer service (online@tabarro.it). The required data are IBAN and account holder’s name. The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse. Please note: if the payment is made by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your statement. The refund will appear on your statement under the description.
